If you move out of the practice boundary limits you will be asked to register with another surgery.

Recent change in boundary limits

Due to the growth in housing in the area and our ever-increasing patient numbers our practice boundary may change from time to time. Although we appreciate that you may have been a patient of this practice for some time you may now be residing outside of our practice boundary limits. If we are to continue to provide a high standard of patient care to the patients within our boundary, we must ask for the co-operation of patients who are outside this area.

In order to comply with the wishes of the Community Health Council we ask all patients outside of our boundary to register with a practice nearer their home. Therefore, we would ask you to assist us in this matter by registering with a more local GP.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused but should you have difficulty in finding a suitable General Practitioner, please contact NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (01495 332000)  who will allocate you to one.
