Using the internet, you don’t have to visit the practice to hand over your repeat prescription request.  Once requested simple collect your prescription as usual.

Before you start using My Health Online, you must register your details at reception as you will need to provide some proof of identity.  When you have done this you will then be provided with PIN numbers to register online and set up your account.

Your personal details are protected using the highest standards of internet security to prevent them being intercepted.  It is your responsibility to keep your log in details safe.  Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information.  If you have any further enquiries please ask at reception.

(Please note: We require a unique email address for each applicant to MHOL, eg husband and wife cannot use the same email address for this system, unless its for children.)

‘Help us to help you’

Did you know, there are a range of services and trained health professionals working closely with your GP that might be better suited to help you?

The next time you make an appointment at Penygraig Surgery you may be asked some questions about the reason for your appointment. Please don’t be offended – this is simply so that we can make sure you see the person who is most suitable to help you.

Of course, you don’t have to do this, but it would help us to help you and ensure you see the right person, first.

Thank you very much.
